Creating Salary elements :
By salary elements mainly I mean allowances(Earnings) and deductions that the employee will be eligible for it
Example:
The employee will be eligible for these salary elements :

Example 1 : creating the “Housing” salary element.

Before doing to the system directly we will create the solution design (what we will do and how according to the company policy):
The Element will be recurring element : that is : it will be paid every month , it is an earning element
The amount of the element will be a percentage from the salary: Salary * 5 / 100
